Guildford Borough Council publish "Proposed Main Modifications" to their Local Plan and have re-added Hornhatch Farm to their plans with 80 houses to be built by 2024.

Respond to the Local Plan proposals here!
Closes 23 Oct 2018 at 12:00 so make sure you get writing your response as early as possible.

It might be interesting to know that previous plans for 30 houses on this land were denied planning permission in 2013 as "inappropriate development in the Green Belt", read the rejection decision notice here.
